Ferry Laksono has served as the President Commissioner of PT Lintas Insan Karya Sejahtera Pialang Reasuransi (Links Re) since 2025. Prior to joining Links Re in 2022, he gained professional experience at several companies, including PT Garuda Jasa Pratama, and PT Simas Reinsurance Broker.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Industrial Technology in 1997 from Institut Teknologi Nasional. He also holds professional qualifications as a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc)), an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), a Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (CIIB), and a Certified Enterprise Risk Management Specialist (AMRP).

HELMIANSYAH IRAWAN SE., Ak., M.Ak., CPA., CFI., CIIB., ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc).
Helmiansyah Irawan has served as a Commissioner of PT Lintas Insan Karya Sejahtera Pialang Reasuransi (Links Re) since 2025. With more than 17 years of professional experience, he possesses extensive expertise in public accounting, investigative auditing, risk management, and corporate governance.
He has also been extensively involved in auditing insurance companies, reinsurance firms, and both insurance and reinsurance brokerage entities. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Economics at Trisakti University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Asia e University, Malaysia.
In addition, he holds several professional qualifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Investigator (CFI), Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (CIIB), and Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF Snr. Assoc), among other certifications in finance, auditing, and corporate governance.

ANTON PERMADI SUDIAMAN, SE., MM., CIIB., CRGP.
Anton Permadi Sudiaman has served as the President Director of PT Lintas Insan Karya Sejahtera Pialang Reasuransi (Links Re) since 2019. Prior to joining Links Re in 2019, he gained professional experience at several companies, including PT Asuransi Purna Artanugraha, Gobel Intinusa Corp., Bina Surya Group, and Udaya Consultant.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2003 from Universitas Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Management in 2021 from Universitas Merdeka Malang. He also holds professional qualifications as a Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (CIIB) and Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP).

Mulyadi has served as a Director of PT Lintas Insan Karya Sejahtera Pialang Reasuransi (Links Re) since 2019. Prior to joining Links Re in 2019, he gained professional experience at several companies, including Simas Reinsurance Broker, BCA General Insurance, and PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management in 2008 from Universitas Indonesia. He also holds professional qualifications as an Associate of the Indonesian Insurance Society for General Insurance (AAAIK) and Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (CIIB).
