Febriana has served as Head of the Operational Division at PT Lintas Insan Karya Sejahtera Pialang Reasuransi (Links Re) since 2023. Prior to joining Links Re in 2019, she gained professional experience at several companies, including PT Reasuransi Nusantara Makmur, PT Adonai Reinsurance Broker, and BRINS General Insurance.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Political Sciences in 2002 from Universitas Indonesia. She also holds professional qualifications as an Associate of the Indonesian Insurance Society for General Insurance (AAAIK) and Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (CIIB).
TREATY MANAGER

Gratia Latumahina has served as Treaty Manager at PT Lintas Insan Karya Sejahtera Pialang Reasuransi (Links Re) since 2022. Prior to joining Links Re in 2022, she gained professional experience at several companies, including PT Simas Reinsurance Brokers, PT Asuransi FPG Indonesia and PT Allianz Utama Indonesia.
She earned a Diploma in Actuarial Specialization in 2007 from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management with an Actuarial specialization in 2011 from ISM University. She also holds professional qualifications as an Associate of the Indonesian Insurance Society for General Insurance (AAAIK) and Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (CIIB).

HERU PANATAS, AAIK, ICCA, CIIB, ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc) CIP
Heru Panatas has served as Senior Claims Manager at PT Lintas Insan Karya Sejahtera Pialang Reasuransi (Links Re) since 2025. Prior to joining Links Re in 2025, he gained professional experience at several companies, including PT Asuransi Ramayana, Tbk., PT Asuransi Buana Independent, PT Simas Reinsurance Broker, and PT Roojai Services Indonesia.
He earned a Diploma in Shipbuilding Technology in 2002 from Universitas Diponegoro and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology in 2022 from Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Sunergeo. He also holds professional qualifications as an Indonesian Certified General Insurance Expert (AAIK), Indonesian Certified Claim Administrator (ICCA), Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (CIIB), and Associate Certified Insurance Professional of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF (Assoc.) CIP).
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Muhammad Zulfi has served as Finance & Accounting Manager at PT Lintas Insan Karya Sejahtera Pialang Reasuransi (Links Re) since 2025. Prior to joining Links Re in 2020, he worked at several companies, including PT Asuransi Purna Artanugraha and PT Magna Business Service.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2009 from Universitas Indonesia and holds a professional qualification as an Associate of the Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Society (AAPAI).
